About two weeks ago, I also went to Washington D.C. for the We the People national finals. We tied with Trumbell at the state competition, but since Connecticut has a wild card, we secured a trip to the finals.
I finished — sort of — my first game on Unreal Engine. The goal was to be more of an introductory game, so it's not that great. Also, I still need to import meta human faces and bodies instead of the skeletal mesh...
This past weekend, I had a soccer tournament in New Jersey. With that came a hotel, and therefore no internet. It wasn't that the hotel didn't have internet, but their free version (the one I had) could not support a simple Google search.
While this itself is not hard, the challenge emerges when you don't know the keyword and need to work backward. This was the optional assignment portion of the lab, but I was interested and ended up making something to solve the majority of it.
